Crowne Plaza Jumeirah is a new 5 Star hotel in Jumeirah 1 opened by IHG.
The hotel is located along Al Mina Road and offers a range of rooms types and suites (some with views to Burj Khalifa) and features an on-site restaurant, a coffee lounge and co-working space, a British pub, a Wellness facility with treatment rooms, sauna and a a Moroccan bath, an outdoor pool and a gym.

This new 5 Star beach resort was opened in June 2021 along the West Crescent of Palm Jumeirah in Dubai.
Th8 (managed by Accor) has a total of 121 accommodations ranging from one to two to three-bedroom suites and features a beachfront restaurant, coffee shop, snack bar, an infinity swimming pool, fitness centre, tennis court, water sports and a beach club and beach cabanas.
