New Luxury Serviced Residences in Abu Dhabi opened in 2023

This recently opened new apartment hotel in Abu Dhabi offers luxurious accommodation in 1 to 3 bedroom serviced residences. The InterContinental Residences Abu Dhabi is located in the upscale Al Bateen neighbourhood and features an in-house restaurant and a lounge.
2. Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi
New 5 Star Hotel in Abu Dhabi opened in September 2022

The Rixos Marina is a new luxury hotel in Abu Dhabi that was recently opened in September 2022. This new 5-Star hotel offers a range of 563 deluxe guest rooms and luxurious suites over 38 floors. The property features a choice of restaurants and bars, 15 meeting rooms and a private beach.
3. The WB Abu Dhabi
New Curio Collection by Hilton Hotel opened in November 2021

The WB Abu Dhabi, Curio Collection was recently opened by Hilton in November 2021. The property is located next to Yas Waterworld and close to Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi on Yas island. The hotel offers a total of 257 guest rooms and suites, and features a dive-in theatre, two swimming pools, a kids clubs, a spa, and five food and beverage outlets.
4. DoubleTree by Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island Residences
New Extended Stay Hotel in Abu Dhabi opened in November 2021

The DoubleTree Abu Dhabi Yas Island Residences is another new Hilton hotel in Abu Dhabi opened in November 2021, located close to all the theme parks on Yas Island and sharing facilities with the WB hotel (see above). This property offers guests more spacious accommodation with a range of 156 studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments that come with a fully-equipped kitchen, so are ideal for longer stays and family groups.

This new 5 Star hotel on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi opened in February and is an ideal base to explore all the nearby attractions and theme parks that are located on the island. The Hilton Hotel in Yas Island offers a total of 545 accommodations, with a large choice of spacious and bright guest rooms, as well as a range of more luxurious suites. The hotel features a the eforea spa, an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, large events space and meeting rooms, an on-site restaurant, the Capila Pool Bar and Grill and a lounge bar.

This new hotel in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi is a 3 Star property opened in December. The hotel is located in the central region of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi approximately 20 km from Abu Dhabi city centre and 17 km from Abu Dhabi Airport (AUH). The Gravity Hotel claims to be the "first & only business hotel in Mussafah" and offers 73 guest rooms and suites aimed at both the leisure and business traveller. The hotel features an all-day dining restaurant, 24-hour room service, a café lounge / coffee shop, a rooftop fitness centre, business centre and two meeting rooms.

W Hotel Yas Island (refurbished / re-branded 2020)

This recently refurbished and re-branded hotel opened as the W Abu Dhabi (it was formally the Yas Viceroy). The 5 Star W Hotel is a unique hotel in Abu Dhabi as it is the only hotel on the F1 Grand Prix race circuit and with its unique architecture, stands out from the crowd. In total, there are 499 guest rooms and suites at the W Hotel offering fine views from their floor-to-ceiling windows or balcony (some rooms overlook the race track and some overlook water and Yas Marina). Facilities at the hotel include a couple of outdoor heated pools and sun decks, a spa, a fitness centre, kids zone, three restaurants, a lounge bar, and food and beverage outlets by the pools.
